"A True Real Estate Story

Some of you may or may not be aware that I had been trying to sell my home on Elbow Drive in the fall.  Well, we have a little story about the real estate agent that finally stepped up to the plate and made us believe that some realtors actually earn their commissions these days.

We had our property listed with a realtor that has been in the industry for "17 years", and promised weekly updates, as well as a lot of other things.  For three months our property had about one viewing a week, sometimes we would go 2-3 weeks without one phone call from our realtor, or any viewings.

Discouraged, I was talking to one of my Rein member clients, who referred me to Betty Anne Tarini. I decided that once my listing expired, I would give her a go.

The first weekend, our new realtor, Betty Anne, had an open house. NO!  Not the "realtor open house" thing.  The real deal, put your signs out and sit in an empty house with nothing to do for 6 hours, open house.  In the first weekend she had the listing, she had 13 people through our house.  By the middle of week 2, we had our first offer.  She brought the client to the table, from one of her open houses.  Unfortunately, that deal fell through due to financing. But two days later, she brought another buyer to the table, who had viewed our property 6 times with her.  This offer was accepted, and this is a great offer.

The difference between the two realtors was night and day.  My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Betty Anne, and it extends down to my clients.

If you know anyone that needs a realtor that will go above and beyond the call of duty, call Betty Anne.  She is incredible, and very deserving of all the deals I will now forward her.  We constantly take the time out to complain when we feel a realtor is doing a bad job, or even no job, so I thought it was time to feature a realtor that is absolutely incredible. 

I referred her to a young couple looking to invest in real estate.  Being a Platinum Rein member, she knows all about investment properties.  Not only did she find them an amazing property in a couple days, but she also found tenants for them, renting out the suited home for a huge positive cash flow.
